Steps

2. 2Cast Whim of Volrath by paying due to Will Kenrith.
3. 3Namor triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk creature token.
4. 4Resolve Whim of Volrath.
5. 5Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Merfolk, adding .
6. 6Repeat from step 2.
