How it works
Prerequisites
- Your life total is exactly 3, 4 or 5.
Steps
- At the beginning of your upkeep, Second Chance and Purgatory's second ability trigger.
- Resolve the Second Chance trigger, causing you to sacrifice it and take an extra turn after this one.
- When Second Chance dies, Purgatory's first ability triggers, exiling it.
- Resolve the Purgatory trigger from step 1, causing you to pay and 2 life to return Second Chance from exile to the battlefield.
- Activate Ajani Goldmane's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to gain 2 life.
- Repeat each turn.
