Steps

1. 1Cast Peer into the Abyss by paying , causing you to draw half your library and lose half your life total, rounding up each time.
2. 2Cast Sea Gate Restoration by paying , causing you to draw a number of cards equal to the number of cards in your hand. When you attempt to draw from an empty library this way, you will win the game due to Jace.
