Steps

1. 1Cast Peer into the Abyss by paying , causing target opponent to draw half their library and lose half their life.
2. 2Activate Folio of Fancies's last ability by paying and tapping it, causing each opponent to mill cards equal to the number of cards in their hand.
3. 3During their draw step, the opponent targeted in step 1 loses the game due to drawing from an empty library.
