Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Visionary Augmenter.
2. 2When Visionary Augmenter dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. 3When Visionary Augmenter enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. 4Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
5. 5Repeat.
