Steps

1. 1Complete a dungeon.
2. 2Sefris' second ability triggers twice due to Delney.
3. 3Resolve the first trigger, returning up to one other creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the second trigger, returning Passageway Seer from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
5. 5When Passageway Seer enters, it and Preston trigger twice due to Delney.
6. 6Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Passageway Seer.
7. 7Resolve a Preston trigger, creating a token copy of Passageway Seer that is a 0/1 Illusion.
8. 8When the Passageway Seer token enters, it triggers twice due to Delney.
9. 9Resolve the Passageway Seer token triggers, venturing into Undercity twice.
10. 10Resolve the second Preston trigger from step 5, creating a token copy of Passageway Seer that is a 0/1 Illusion.
11. 11Repeat steps 8 and 9 one additional time.
12. 12Resolve the first Passageway Seer trigger from step 5, venturing into Undercity and completing Undercity.
13. 13Repeat from step 2.
