Steps

1. 1Cast Temporal Extortion for .
2. 2Temporal Extortion triggers, allowing any player to pay half of their life to counter the spell.
3. 3Pay half of your life to counter Temporal Extortion, exiling it and allowing you to cast it without paying its mana cost.
4. 4Repeat steps 2-3 until you have one life remaining and the Temporal Extortion trigger is on the stack.
5. 5Choose not to pay half of your life to counter Temporal Extortion, allowing it to resolve.
6. 6If any of your opponent choose to pay half of their life to counter the spell, Guile will exile it and allow you to cast it again.
7. 7Repeat steps 5-6 until none of your opponent choose to counter Temporal Extortion.
8. 8Move to the upkeep step of your extra turn.
9. 9Near-Death Experience triggers, winning you the game.
