Prerequisites
- You have any instant in hand with the mana to cast it.
Steps
- Cast any instant.
- In the Eye of Chaos triggers, choose not to pay for the trigger, exiling the instant and casting it from exile without paying its mana cost.
- Repeat from step 2.
