Prerequisites

• Necrosynthesis attached to Herd Baloth.
• You control another creature to sacrifice.

Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing a creature, milling target player equal to its power.
2. 2Necrosynthesis triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
3. 3Herd Baloth triggers, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token.
4. 4Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Beast token, milling target player four.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
