How it works
Prerequisites
- Wheel of Sun and Moon attached to you.
- You control a basic Plains.
Steps
- Cast Battalion Foot Soldier by paying .
- When Battalion Foot Soldier enters the battlefield, it triggers.
- In response to this trigger, activate Earthcraft by tapping Battalion Foot Soldier, untapping a basic Plains you control.
- Activate the Plains by tapping it, adding .
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Battalion Foot Soldier and putting it on the bottom of your library, adding .
- Resolve Battalion Foot Soldier's trigger, searching your library for a card named Battalion Foot Soldier and putting it into your hand.
- Repeat.
