Steps

1. 1Cast Battalion Foot Soldier by paying .
2. 2When Battalion Foot Soldier enters the battlefield, it triggers.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Battalion Foot Soldier, adding .
4. 4Battalion Foot Soldier is put on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
5. 5Resolve the Battalion Foot Soldier trigger from step 2, searching your library for Battalion Foot Soldier and putting it into your hand.
6. 6Repeat.
