Goblin Engineer + Crime Novelist + Thornbite Staff

Prerequisites

• You control a nontoken artifact creature with mana value 3 or less.
• You have an artifact creature card in your graveyard with mana value 3 or less.

Steps

1. 1Activate Goblin Engineer by paying , tapping it and sacrificing a nontoken artifact creature with mana value 3 or less, targeting another artifact creature with mana value 3 or less in your graveyard.
2. 2When the artifact creature dies, Goblin Engineer and Crime Novelist triggers.
3. 3Resolve the Goblin Engineer trigger, untapping it.
4. 4Resolve the Crime Novelist trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and adding .
5. 5Resolve the Goblin Engineer ability, returning the targeted artifact creature from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. 6Repeat.
