How it works
Prerequisites
- Otherworld Atlas has at least one charge counter on it.
- You have at least two opponents, or Otherworld Atlas has at least two charge counters on it.
Steps
- Activate Otherworld Atlas' second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card for each charge counter on it and create that many Treasure artifact tokens for each opponent you have.
- Activate Clock of Omens by tapping two Treasures, untapping Otherworld Atlas.
- Repeat.
