Steps

1. 1Cast Murderous Redcap by paying .
2. 2When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing an amount of damage to itself equal to its power.
3. 3Murderous Redcap dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
4. 4Murderous Redcap's persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. 5When Murderous Redcap enters, it and Celes trigger.
6. 6Resolve the Celes trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
7. 7Resolve the Murderous Redcap trigger, dealing damage to itself equal to its power.
8. 8Repeat from step 3.
