Steps

1. 1Cast Natural Affinity by paying , causing all lands to become 2/2 creatures in addition to their other types.
2. 2Cast Ezuri's Predation by paying , creating a 4/4 Phyrexian Beast for each creature and land your opponents control, and then causing a Phyrexian Beast to fight each of those creatures and lands.
3. 3Each land opponents control will die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, as will each creature opponents control that had toughness 4 or less.
