Steps

4. 4Resolve the Copy Enchantment's trigger, exiling Oblivion Ring until it leaves the battlefield.
5. 5Cast Clever Impersonator by paying .
6. 6Clever Impersonator enters the battlefield as a copy of Copy Enchantment, triggering Sage of Mysteries and itself.
7. 7Resolve the Sage of Mysteries trigger, causing target player to mill two cards.
8. 8Resolve the Clever Impersonator's trigger, exiling Copy Enchantment until it leaves the battlefield.
9. 9Copy Enchantment leaves the battlefield, returning Oblivion Ring from exile to the battlefield.
10. 10Sage of Mysteries and Oblivion Ring trigger.
