Steps

- Activate Words of Wind by paying .
- Cast Grim Monolith by paying its mana cost reduced by .
- Jhoira triggers, causing each player to return a permanent they control from the battlefield to their hand due to Words of Wind, with you returning the artifact cast in step 3 to your hand.
- Repeat.
