Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Inga, adding .
2. 2When Inga dies, it's second ability and Nim Deathmantle trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Inga trigger, causing you to draw three cards.
4. 4Activate Skirge Familiar three times by discarding three cards, adding .
5. 5Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger from step 2, causing you to pay to return Inga from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
6. 6When Inga enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to scry 3.
7. 7Repeat.
