Steps

1. 1Cast Rite of Replication with kicker by paying , creating five token copies of Sanctum Prelate.
2. 2As the token Sanctum Prelates enter the battlefield, choose the following numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3, and any other number.
3. 3Cast Gaddock Teeg by paying .
4. 4Because of Gaddock Teeg and the Sanctum Prelate tokens, noncreature spells cannot be cast.
