Steps

1. 1Cast Shiko either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. 2When Shiko enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Another Round from your graveyard and casting a copy of it without paying its mana cost.
3. 3Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying the Another Round spell.
4. 4Resolve the first copy of Another Round, blinking Shiko.
5. 5When Shiko enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Pull from Eternity from your graveyard and casting a copy of it without paying its mana cost.
6. 6Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying the Pull from Eternity spell.
7. 7Resolve both copies of Pull from Eternity, returning the original Pull from Eternity and Another Round from exile to your graveyard.
8. 8Resolve the second copy of Another Round from step 2, blinking Shiko.
9. 9Repeat from step 2.
