Steps

1. 1Cast Mana Severance by paying , searching for all land cards in your library, exiling them and shuffling your library.
2. 2Cast Selective Memory by paying , exiling the rest of your library.
3. 3Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two cards and you to win the game due to drawing from an empty library.
