• You control a noncreature, nonland permanent that can be cast by paying .

Steps

1. 1Cast Retraction Helix by paying , targeting Zephyr Scribe.
2. 2Activate Zephyr Scribe by tapping it, returning the noncreature, nonland permanent from the battlefield to your hand.
3. 3Cast the noncreature, nonland permanent by paying .
4. 4Zephyr Scribe triggers, untapping itself.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
