Steps
- Cast Bloodline Necromancer by paying .
- When Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, it and Inalla trigger.
- Resolve the Bloodline Necromancer's trigger, doing nothing.
- Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodline Necromancer, adding .
- Resolve the Inalla trigger, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Bloodline Necromancer with haste.
- When the token Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Bloodline Necromancer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat from step 2.
