Steps

- Spiteful Sliver and Fiendlash trigger.
- Resolve the Spiteful Sliver trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target.
- Resolve the Fiendlash trigger, targeting you, but dealing damage to Spiteful Sliver instead due to Pariah.
- Repeat from step 2.
