Steps

1. 1Activate Cormela by paying and tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast instant and sorcery spells.
2. 2Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cormela, adding .
3. 3Cormela dies, returning Shallow Grave from your graveyard to your hand.
4. 4Cast Shallow Grave by paying , putting Cormela from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
5. 5Repeat.
