Steps

1. 1Cast Fractured Identity by paying , exiling Nine Lives and causing each opponent to create a token copy of it.
2. 2Nine Lives triggers. Holding priority, cast Rampage of the Clans by paying its mana cost, destroying all enchantments.
3. 3Each opponent's Nine Lives leaves the battlefield, causing them to lose the game.
