Steps

1. 1Activate The Chain Veil by paying and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' abilities this turn.
2. 2Activate Aminatou's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to draw a card and then put a card on top of your library from your hand.
3. 3Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, blinking Nicol Bolas.
4. 4Activate Nicol Bolas' first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to draw a card and each opponent to exile either a card from their hand or a permanent they control.
5. 5Activate Nicol Bolas using Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, blinking Aminatou.
6. 6Repeat from step 2.
