Steps

Activate an artifact, land and/or creature you control by tapping them, adding at least .
Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting Teferi.
Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Aminatou's ability, targeting Spark Double.
Resolve both Aminatou abilities, blinking Teferi and Spark Double, choosing to have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of Aminatou.
Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting up to one land, artifact and/or creature.
Rings of Brighthearth triggers, choose not to pay for the trigger.
Resolve the Teferi ability, untapping up to land, artifact and/or creature you control and causing you to gain two life.
Activate an artifact, land and/or creature you control by tapping them, adding at least .
Activate Spark Double's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting Teferi.
Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Spark Double's ability, targeting Aminatou.
Resolve both Spark Double abilities, blinking Teferi and Aminatou.
