Steps

1. 1Activate up to four permanents by tapping them, adding at least .
2. 2Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting Teferi.
3. 3Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Aminatou's ability, targeting Spark Double.
4. 4Resolve both Aminatou abilities, blinking Teferi and Spark Double, choosing to have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of Aminatou.
5. 5Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting up to four permanents.
6. 6Rings of Brighthearth triggers, choose not to pay for the trigger.
7. 7Resolve the Teferi ability, untapping up to four permanents you control.
8. 8Activate up to four permanents by tapping them, adding at least .
9. 9Activate Spark Double's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting Teferi.
10. 10Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Spark Double's ability, targeting Aminatou.
11. 11Resolve both Spark Double abilities, blinking Teferi and Aminatou.
12. 12Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, targeting up to four permanents.
13. 13Rings of Brighthearth triggers, choose not to pay for the trigger.
14. 14Resolve the Teferi ability, untapping up to four permanents you control.
15. 15Repeat.
16. 16If the four permanents can produce at least , you may instead use Teferi's first loyalty ability once you have infinite mana to put your library into your hand, or you may instead blink any other desired permanent.
