• You control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least .

Steps

1. 1Activate up to seven mana-producing lands by tapping them, adding at least .
2. 2Activate Livio's first ability twice by paying , exiling Palinchron and Deceiver Exarch with aegis counters on them.
3. 3Activate Livio's second ability by paying and tapping it, returning Palinchron and Deceiver Exarch from exile to the battlefield.
4. 4Deceiver Exarch and Palinchron enter the battlefield, triggering their abilities.
5. 5Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands you control.
6. 6Resolve the Deceiver Exarch trigger, untapping Livio.
7. 7Repeat.
