Steps

1. 1Cast Selective Memory by paying , searching your library for all nonlands card and exiling them, then shuffle.
2. 2Cast Risen Reef by paying .
3. 3Risen Reef enters the battlefield, revealing cards from the top of your library and putting a land card onto the battlefield.
4. 4Zendikar's Roil triggers, creating a 2/2 Elemental token.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
6. 6Once you put all lands from your library onto the battlefield.
7. 7Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two and drawing you a card.
8. 8Jace triggers, winning you the game.
