How it works
Prerequisites
- Karn is not your commander.
- You control at least one additional artifact.
Steps
- At the beginning of your upkeep, Karn triggers.
- Holding priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying , copying Karn's ability.
- Resolve the copy of Karn's ability, adding at least that cannot be spent to cast nonartifact spells.
- Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping The Peregrine Dynamo.
- Repeat from step 2.
