1. 1Activate Basalt Monolith's first ability by tapping it, adding .
2. 2Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Emerald Charm without paying its mana cost, targeting Isochron Scepter.
3. 3Swarm Intelligence triggers, creating a copy of Emerald Charm, targeting Basalt Monolith.
4. 4Resolve both Emerald Charms, untapping Isochron Scepter and Basalt Monolith.
5. 5Repeat.
