How it works
Prerequisites
- You have a way to cause a creature to enter the battlefield under your control.
- Cloudsteel Kirin attached to a creature you control.
Steps
- Cause a creature to enter the battlefield under your control.
- Warstorm Surge triggers, dealing damage to you equal to the creature's power, with you being unable to lose the game due to Cloudsteel Kirin.
- Darien triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Soldier creature tokens equal to the damage dealt to you.
- When the Soldiers enter the battlefield, Warstorm Surge triggers that many times.
- Resolve the first trigger, dealing 1 damage to you, with you being unable to lose the game due to Cloudsteel Kirin.
- Repeat from step 3.
