Steps

1. 1Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting any two permanents.
2. 2Holding priority, activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding .
3. 3Activate Lithoform Engine's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying Ghostly Flicker, with the copy targeting Mana Vault and Lithoform Engine.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mana Vault and Lithoform Engine.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
