Steps

1. 1Cast Ancestral Statue by paying .
2. 2When Ancestral Statue enters the battlefield, it and Surge Conductor trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Ancestral Statue trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. 4Resolve the Surge Conductor trigger, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
5. 5Repeat from step 1 two additional times.
6. 6Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
7. 7Repeat each turn.
