Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Tower's second ability by tapping it and sacrificing an Illusion, adding .
2. 2When the Illusion dies, Minn's second ability triggers.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Meloku by paying and returning Phyrexian Tower from the battlefield to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token.
4. 4Resolve the Minn trigger, putting Phyrexian Tower from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. 5Repeat.
