Steps

1. 1Activate Swirling Spriggan by paying , making a creature you control all colors until end of turn.
2. 2Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding .
3. 3Activate Seedcradle Witch by paying , giving Bloom Tender +3/+3 until end of turn and untapping it.
4. 4Repeat from step 2.
