How it works
Prerequisites
- Zabaz has at least one counter on it.
Steps
- Activate Together Forever by paying , targeting Zabaz.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Zabaz, adding .
- Zabaz dies, triggering its modular ability and Together Forever.
- Resolve the Zabaz trigger, moving its +1/+1 counters onto another artifact creature.
- Resolve the Together Forever trigger, returning Zabaz from your graveyard to your hand.
- Cast Zabaz by paying , which enters with a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Repeat.
