Steps

1. 1Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control.
2. 2Holding priority, if you control another creature and have no mana available, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding .
3. 3Resolve the Ghave ability, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
4. 4When the Saproling enters the battlefield, Ivy Lane Denizen triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Saproling.
5. 5Repeat.
