Steps

1. 1Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Filigree Familiar, adding .

3. 3Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Filigree Familiar on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. 4Resolve the Filigree Familiar trigger, causing you to draw Filigree Familiar.
5. 5Cast Filigree Familiar by paying .
6. 6When Filigree Familiar enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to gain two life.
7. 7Repeat.
