How it works
Prerequisites
- Squad Captain does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.
Steps
- Activate Antler Skulkin by paying , giving Squad Captain persist until end of turn.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Squad Captain, adding .
- When Squad Captain dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with no -1/-1 counter on it due to its ability.
- Repeat.
