Steps

1. 1Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Spark Double, adding .
2. 2When Spark Double dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. 3As Spark Double enters the battlefield, choose to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of River Kelpie with a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. 4When Spark Double enters the battlefield, it and River Kelpie's first abilities trigger.
5. 5Resolve both triggers, causing you to draw two cards.
6. 6Repeat.
