Steps

1. 1Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Fearsome Goblin Pair, adding .
2. 2When Fearsome Goblin Pair dies, it and Nim Deathmantle trigger,
3. 3Resolve the Fearsome Goblin Pair trigger, creating a 0/0 Goblin Army creature token and putting four +1/+1 counters on it
4. 4Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Goblin Army, adding .
5. 5Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay to return Fearsome Goblin Pair from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
6. 6Repeat.
