Steps

1. 1Activate creatures by tapping them, adding at least .
2. 2Cast Village Bell-Ringer by paying .
3. 3Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.
4. 4Village Bell-Ringer enters the battlefield, triggering itself.
5. 5In response, activate Chulane by paying and tapping it, returning Village Bell-Ringer from the battlefield to your hand.
6. 6Resolve the Village Bell-Ringer trigger, untapping all creatures you control.
7. 7Repeat until your library is empty.
8. 8Cast and resolve Laboratory Maniac by paying .
9. 9Repeat stpes 1 through 3.
