Steps

1. 1Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
2. 2The Saproling enters the battlefield, triggering Cathars' Crusade, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
3. 3Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding .
4. 4Repeat.
