Steps

1. 1Cast Altered Ego by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield as a copy of Sage of Hours with five +1/+1 counters on it.
2. 2Activate Altered Ego by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. 3Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying , returning Altered Ego to your hand from the battlefield.
4. 4Repeat each turn.
