Diaochan, Artful Beauty + Thornbite Staff + Soul of New Phyrexia

Prerequisites

• Thornbite Staff attached to Diaochan.
• Diaochan does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

1. 1Activate Soul of New Phyrexia's first ability by paying , giving permanents you control indestructible until end of turn.
2. 2Activate Diaochan by tapping it, destroying an opponent's creature and any creature of that opponent's choice.
3. 3If the opponent chooses a creature you control to be destroyed, it is not destroyed due to it having indestructible.
4. 4The creature the opponent controls dies, triggering Diaochan, untapping Diaochan.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.

• Destroy any number of creatures opponents control during each of your turns
