Steps

1. 1Cause an artifact to enter the battlefield under your control.
2. 2Ingenious Artillerist triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
3. 3Malcolm triggers, as Ingenious Artillerist is a Pirate due to Captain's Hook, creating a Treasure token for each opponent dealt damage this way.
4. 4When the Treasure(s) enter, Ingenious Artillerist triggers that many times.
5. 5Resolve the first Ingenious Artillerist trigger, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
