Steps

1. 1Cast Time Warp by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. 2Move to your next turn.
3. 3At the beginning of your upkeep, Anurid Scavenger triggers, causing you to put Time Warp on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
4. 4Move to your draw step, drawing Time Warp from the bottom of your library due to River Song.
5. 5Repeat.
